A. With our fantastic loyalty points scheme with every purchase you make we will award you with loyalty points that can be exchanged into money off future orders, for every £1.00 spent we will award you 1 loyalty point.
Q.How to start collecting and what are they worth
A. When ever you place an order we will automatically add the number of loyalty points earned to your account once you order has been dispatched. Each point is worth 5 pence so for every £1 you spend at Dress4Less we will give you 5 pence back.
Q How do I spend my loyalty points?
A. The next time you place an order at Dress4Less you will see how many loyalty points you have earned at the checkout, you simply select how many you want to spend.
Q. What are your shipping rates?
A. We offer very low flat rates of postage.

Q. Why is the original manufacturer's name sometimes cut off the label?
A. Because we deal in surplus stock from leading Uk chain stores to prevent copyright infringement and prevent fraudulent store returns at the original store price, we are required by law to cut off the original manufacturer's name. This is usually done by the Manufacturer, or by our supplier before sale.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All our orders are dispatched daily at 4pm and are sent first class recorded delivery with the Royal Mail .Over 90% of our orders arrive the next working day, orders recieved before 4pm will be dispatched the same day
Q. I am not sure which size to order?
A. Let us know which item you are interested in and what size you think you need, and we will measure the garment for you. To contact us you can use the on line enquiry form below.
Q. How often do you have new lines?
A. Our website is updated with new lines every week, and if you register as a newsletter subscriber, you will receive automatic updates on our new stocks, together with notifications of reductions and clearance.

Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Dress4Less for a full refund including postage (This does not include the cost of returning the goods back to us) Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number within 7 days by post to the address below. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition within 14 day's of receipt,the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge if applicable) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred Free of charge.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number and our excellent customer service team will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you.
Order not arrived
If you have not received your order within 7 working days after receiving our dispatch email, please notify us by emailing sales@Dress4Less.org.uk. We will then try and establish where your parcel is. If a Royal Mail claim needs to be made 15 working days must pass before any refund/replacement will be considered.
Q. What ways can we make payment?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, all our card payments are handle by the award winning Barclays Epdq platform so you can rest assured that all transactions are 100% secure using the very latest technology.
If you are paying by card, it is very important that your card details match your billing address, otherwise our system might not be able to process your order.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. .We have a 14 day returns policy (From the day you receive your order) If for any reason you need to return an item simply send back to us in the same condition that the item arrived in for a full refund.
Q. Do I need to pay postage costs to return my order?
A. To keep our prices as low as possible we do not offer free returns the only way we could offer this is if we put our prices up so everybody pays more and we don't feel that this would be fair to our customers.
